A new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning company has recently sprung onto the Winnipeg scene, headed up by three newcomers from Israel who now call Winnipeg home.

Led by Arkadiy Morinova and Vitaly Lubimov and supported by Galit Morinova, Well-Done Manitoba has made big strides since opening in Winnipeg a year ago.
“Usually building a new business from scratch would involve high risk and instability,” said Arkadiy Morinova. “In our case, we’ve been blessed with customers who now refer their friends and families to us, as they trust us to provide exceptional service at affordable prices.
“I’ve never experienced such quick word-of-mouth growth. After just a few months, it was clear that in order to provide the quality of work we expect from ourselves, we’d need to work at the business full-time.”
Being a tradesperson all his professional life, Morinova said, “I’m in love with helping people with my strengths and skills.”
Although Morinova has found the Winnipeg market to be very competitive, after working with some of the competition and talking to people, he feels locals can benefit from a reliable, professional HVAC company with the sort of integrity and straightforwardness that he said, “one would only find in Israel.”
Recently, Well-Done Manitoba has added more services to accommodate the growing needs out there – from HVAC installation and service, to HVAC professional consultation for new homes and homes undergoing major improvements; residential electrical works; ducting for new homes; and creative specialty projects.
“We [Lubimov and Morinova] complement each other and through Well-Done Manitoba, we’ve established our friendship even more,” said Morinova. Vitaly [Lubimov] puts customer satisfaction above all else, and that’s what makes him the ideal partner in this business.
“Israel is a magnificent place and will always have a warm place in my heart,” said Morinova. “But Winnipeg is now home and thanks to the huge support we received from the community and friends here, we now have a successful business too.”
Morinova and crew want to introduce their company to the public, and to share a bit about the people behind Well-Done Manitoba. “Knowing the people behind the business is the most important aspect of working with professional tradespeople,” said Morinova.
With Passover fast approaching and the pre-holiday cleaning frenzy already in high gear, Well-Done Manitoba is offering a 15 percent discount on any of its services to all readers of this article (just mention this article to receive this special offer).
“Our dream is to ensure all people have a stable, healthy, and affordable environment to live in,” said Morinova. “We hope that by growing our business we can reach more people and positively affect their lives.
“We’d like to thank the wonderful people of Winnipeg for their warm welcome. We’d also like to wish a Chag Aviv Sameach to the local Jewish community.”
